Beadmaking
In your first class you will make glass beads! In a classroom setting you will, with my guidance, work at your own pace, using the ancient Italian method of creating lampwork glass beads. I will demonstrate the basic designs and you will have time to practice before we move onto something new.
Our studio accommodates 6 students, and at times there may be as many as 5 other students working independently along with you. Working alongside more experienced glass artists is a great source of inspiration as well as seeing more advanced techniques. We make new friends and have a lot of fun!

New students get one-on-one with instructor

Mandrels, or wires to make the beads on
Tools
Kiln for annealing beads
Drill press for cleaning beads
